COVID-19 FAQ

How are you keeping your facility clean?
Since TMD’s inception, cleaning has been a high priority! Besides our standard multiple cleanings of the facility throughout the day, we have increased the number of times we are disinfecting counters, door handles, and other frequently contacted surfaces. We have also implemented many limited or no-contact drop off and training procedures.

How do I drop off/pick up your dog from your facility if I can’t go in?
If you are dropping off/picking up your dog from either Day Camp or Boarding, please watch our short video below on our no-contact procedure. If you are coming to pick up your dog from a training program, we will welcome you into our building by appointment but request no more than 2 adults attend and no children.

I need more food/supplies for my dog. How do I purchase these?
We have curbside pick up available for any product purchases including food, toys, training supplies. Please call us in advance to reserve and pay for your items. When you arrive at our facility, please call us to notify us that you are here and we will bring the items out to you.

Have your training programs changed because of COVID-19?
Yes. Due to concerns over group gatherings, we have discontinued our Day School Program and are currently offering Private Lessons and a variety of Board and Train programs.

Do you still offer Day Camp?
Yes. Our premium doggie daycare service is still available to our training clients. Reservations must be made in advance and payment over the phone or PayPal is requested. To learn how to drop off/pick up your dog for Day Camp, please watch our short video below.

Do you still offer Boarding?
Yes, but due to our increased need to reserve space for our board and train dogs, we have very limited space available. Boarding is only available for That’s My Dog! training clients and because of our space limitations we will only take boarding reservations 2 weeks in advance of desired dates. Please call us for more information.

When will you be offering your group polishing classes and clinics again?
Group classes, including polishing classes, will be phased back into our services beginning in June 2020. All group training is undergoing a variety of structural changes and will be limited in size so that we can maintain social distancing guidelines.

Are face masks required in your facility?
No. Wearing face masks is optional, but greatly appreciated.

Is your front office open?
Our facility/front office is open by appointment/reservation only. When you arrive at our facility please call us from the parking lot for further assistance.
