Our Dubuque puppy training course at That’s My Dog! is ideally suited to dogs between the ages of 7 and 16 weeks of age. This early learning period is a critical time frame in a pup’s life. It is why we’ve created a class that helps with problems like; how to housebreak your puppy, reduce play biting, and successfully deal with resource guarding. Plus you will learn to teach your puppy valuable life skills like paying attention, coming when called, tolerating grooming. There are games to play, lots of social experience and so much more!
This Dubuque puppy training class is a combination of virtual content and weekly, in-person puppy socials.
Our Puppy Preschool is perfect because you begin training as soon as your new furry friend arrives in your home (rather than waiting for the next class to start). Plus you can attend the weekly socials! The puppy socials give you an opportunity to meet with our professional staff to ask questions and practice the skills your pup is learning. Not to mention that your pup will have a safe and supervised opportunity to play with other puppies of the same age.
Puppy socials are held on Monday evenings from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM. You can attend as many socials as you like up until the pup reaches 16 weeks of age!
